Dating sites change all the time. The problem is, they rarely let members know what changed and when. As an example, look at Match’s new profiles. Did you receive an email from Match explaining the new profile? Neither did I. Same goes for just about every other dating site out there.
HowAboutWe has undergone a thorough redesign. Not only does the site look fantastic, they sent out an email comparing screenshots of the old design vs. new design. I gave the HAW team virtual high-fives last night when I saw this, nicely done.
Not only is HAW sporting a new logo, features such as the Date Stream have been freshened up and improved.
500 point to HAW for making it incredibly easy to see what has changed during the site refresh. In addition, the velocity at which they are improving the site is truly impressive.
This is now officially how all dating sites should announce new features. And Match, this is a feature I’m sure HAW wouldn’t mind you cribbing from, just make it look a bit different, ok?
