We’ve all seen the dating site ads featuring cute girls chatting on laptops. We’ve seen the Adult Friend Finder geo-targeted ads that have your city name written across a woman’s butt dynamically on the fly.

Back in 1995 I used to upload the first mainstream paid banner ads on the web. I expected online advertising to be a lot more personalized by now. Companies like DoubleClick and many others do all sorts of targeting and tracking voodoo, but what about the sea of startups trying to make a name and a buck for themselves with new networks focusing on hyper-personalization and other emerging advertising trends, not to mention social marketing?

Recently I came across a video technology that could enable dating sites to create ads and performance marketing assets featuring customized and personalized video ads based on all sorts of passive and active user input.
