Fling and AFF and the adult sites have this stuff figured out, their latest performance marketing ads are pretty cool. They grab your town name and display it on the bodies of women in the ads, just like when you used to make designs and words on your stomach with sunscreen when you were a kid.

In a few years there will be no such thing as a static image ad. All marketing will be dynamically generated on the fly based on what Facebook, Google and ad networks know about our online behaviors.

Access to the Facebook social graph is going to make this type of personalization much more commonplace. I can’t wait to see how companies leverage my Facebook “likes” and preferences in their marketing efforts.
