Talk about annoying. Match demands non-members subscribe for the privilege of viewing profiles. I had to create a fake member and give them my phone number, but the link that explains the phone number never popped up. I bet it was for the Concierge service, but how annoying is that?
Then, when I went to sign in with my new username and password, I couldn’t get in. So I signed up, can’t get in and Match doesn’t recognize my email adddress. Stuck between a rock and a hard place.
Maybe a concierge will contact me and I can ask them to help. Can you imagine? Concierge as customer service rep. That will be interesting.
