Los Angeles-based Intermix Media said this morning that it has hired Lisa Terrill, former VP of Finance and Corporate Controller of Ticketmaster, as CFO and Executive Vice President. Terrill has also previously served at LA Gear and PWC/Arthur Andersen. Intermix operates a network of Internet sites and owns the MySpace.com social networking service.
The Intermix Network (IMN) is a leading network of more than 40 web sites providing more than 15 million unique monthly visitors with a compelling array of content. It’s also a permission-based marketing network providing more than 60 million subscribers with more than 35 email newsletters on topics such as sport, news, technology, entertainment, business, and finance.
I was not aware until recently how large the InterMix Network is. Expect a slew of announcements soon as Myspace continues to chart new territory in the social networking and online dating spaces.
