YourTango, a rapidly growing digital property focused on love and relationships, is looking for two super stars to fill the roles of Director, Digital Ad Sales and Editor. YourTango targets women 21 to 54; reaches ~2mm uvpm and has assembled a vertical ad network that extends our reach to over 3.5mm uvpm.

DIR, AD SALES
She or he must have a killer record in originating, negotiating and closing ad deals for major beauty and CPG brands. In addition s/he:
• gets fired up by working on big, creative integrated/custom deals, including everything from original video to interactive apps to branded badges/game mechanics;
• is aggressive, energetic, entrepreneurial, upbeat; and
• is excited to play a pivotal role in a young, rapidly growing digital property.
EDITOR
She (or he) must be a super talented, energetic editor that will write, edit, publish and oversee content for the preeminent website that covers love and relationships. He/she must:
• be expert at writing, editing and producing for the web;
• have experience managing writers/bloggers; and
• be an ardent user of social media.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a start up environment; passionate about love and relationships; and excited to play a key role in growing a young digital property.
