Its time for another round of “Sue your dating site because you’re ignorant and you’re doing it wrong.” Match.com is facing a class action lawsuit. This time the topic is Alleged Fake And/Or Inactive Profiles On The Match.com Online Dating Website.
There are a lot of sub-plots to this lawsuit. I started to write about fake profiles, failure to remove inactive members, the fact that Match really only has 1.5 million members and the legitimacy of their 20-million member assertion. This is simply too much to do on my day off, will revisit later in the week.
