If the day had 28 hours in it I might get to the ODI newsletter but until then here is the iDate’s and a few thoughts on upcoming conferences and the content of the newsletter.

Is anyone going to the Mobile Dating Conference? How about Prague? Drop a comment and let us know.

Tango is big story in the singles magazine space, not One2One. What dating companies are advertising in them besides PerfectMatch in Tango? Do you see these publications as a viable marketing channel for your brand?

Mark and I are both writing more about social networking these days because thats where all the interesting stuff is happening. That said, I think we’ve all heard enough about MySpace for a while.

They forgot to mention Consumating or which are both getting a lot of ink recently.

Best of luck to the Dartmouth MBA looking for a job in the dating space. I would think someone reading this would want some help making more money with their site, but why focus on acquisition? That’s not where the problem lies, well maybe for the smaller sites but not for the sites who can afford a big shot MBA.

Here’s the newsletter. Kudos to Mark for at least getting it out the door periodically.
