I recently signed on with Dating Ad Network, And i have to say, So Far I Am NOT VERY IMPRESSED. with 4 of their Banner placements on everypage of my site, I “earned” 15 cents for over 1000 impressions, and 5 click throughs the first day. ($3 a day average with adsence for those same spots) It has now been 3 days since signing on, and they have yet to approve my banner, so All these impressoins i am earning, are just sitting there. They have failed to answer any of e-mails or Phone calls. one more day without resolution, and i will replace my adsence, and resume using adwords. Atleast google answers me when i have questions.

I have replied to you via email. The misunderstanding with the banner sizes has been resolved. Our support time is usually under 24 hours except weekends and holidays. Please indicate your login or a name/phone number when contacting support.

Best regards,

Thank you for your personal attention. I run My sites on a very limited budget, and every penny matters, so when i gave up Very valuable ad space, and was not seeing any return i got very concerned. I look forward to continuing with your program.

Glad to see this resolved. Quite often when there is a perceived lack of response or complaints about companies, there is a simple explanation required to resolve the issue. This happens here fairly often. Happy to be a place where issues can be resolved.

That said, it’s up to you to represent your company here. If you get a lot of complaints and don’t provide reasonable solutions or explanations, that’s your problem, not ours.
