I saw this in my newsreader but Markus beat me to it:

A lawsuit has been filed against TrueBeginnings, LLC, the owner and operator of the True.com online dating website…The complaint alleges that True.com charges its customers monthly service fees in excess of $50 per month, and that True.com charges its customers’ credit card or bank accounts for these fees.

There are several lawsuits againts True, Match and Yahoo pending. I’ll see what I can dig up, time for a legal update on the online dating industry.

Another lawsuit against Herb Vest. This time it is his son. Dad con him out of millions. Vest left his kid holding the bag on his home. Tells the court that his kid evicted him and his wife who was 8 mos with twins. (boy&Girl)When the truth is Dad and his wife moved out without telling him and has not talk to either son because he disowned them nearly 3 years ago. It was nearly 3 months before the son found out the house had been abandon. Vest bought a 3.3 million home and driving a 400K Maybach and left his son’s broke!

Hopefully the oldest will soon file not only for fraud, but embezzlement. Dad’s name was on his Trust account, so Dad helped himself to nearly 2.5 million.

Vest has a lot more to worry about then all the lawsuits..he better start worry about keeping out of prison!
