Eharmony Labs, the R&D arm of Eharmony, has launched  the Hot Science Blog. Today’s post is about how large quantities of Oxytocin are released upon orgasm. Talk about hot.

A lack of comments, formatting problems and a lack of bio pages for their authors aside, the blog is off to a good start. I like the writing style and the topics. Academics and relationship geeks talking about what’s important to them. Good stuff.

Much different that the boring relationship advice columns that permeate the online dating world, which should be outlawed at this point as they probably account for more divorces than happy relationships if you read the boring re-purposed drivel passed off as advice these days.

I recently worked with Chemistry.com on a blog called The Nature of Love, which appears not to have been updated in a while. Part of blogging is writing, and consistency is key. I know, I’m guilty of putting the pen down for days at a time when life gets too hectic, and I like getting “what happened to you” emails from colleagues when I’m afk for too long.

Go have a great weekend.

Seems like there are quite a lot of entries about E-Harmony posting on here.

With the banner ad and all, just how much are they paying you to say good things about them? Dave?
