Fiber Tower and First Avenue Networks Announce Merger

The definitive agreement to combine the two companies in an all-stock transaction valued at approximately $1.5 billion. The combined company will be named FiberTower Corporation.

That’s cool and all, and I’ve done a lot of work in wireless/broadband, but if you ever actually have to work for American Tower, they will kill you if you stand up to managerial abuse.
