JDate founder Alon Carmel has a new gig. Carmel resigned from Spark Networks less than a month ago. Now we know what he is up to.

The TechCrunch bunch says:

Founder Alon Carmel is a gifted designer and developer and is getting ready to launch his stealth project I4giveu. Very few details on the service were revealed, but as always I love the email collecting landing page with promises of amazement in a very short time. Sign up here. One thing Alon did say was this: “Each user will earn his reputation from angel to devil according to his post ranked by other community users.” Sounds like fun!

Tag line for I4giveu is “Confess, Share Forgive.” Sounds like yet another reputation management company. Hard to believe he left Spark for this but then again I haven’t tried the service.

In Googling him, I also found his political campaign contributions. I was not looking for this in particular, just the usual Zoominfo link to people’s profiles. It’s really amazing how much public information is out there for the Googling.

Thanks Markus.
