If you are about to launch a new dating site, make sure to read “Risk Factors, Management’s Discussion and Analysis of Financial Condition and Results of Operations.” If that doesn’t scare the beejeezus out of you and make you want to go back to your day job, and you have a few million in the bank, have at it.
