Invoice2go, a company founded in Australia that makes an inventory management app for small businesses, has raised a $35 million investment led by Accel Partners. Accel is bringing in former eHarmony CEO Greg Waldorf as Invoice2go’s new chief executive.

Greg spent more than 11 years working with eHarmony where he became the company’s founding investor in 2000. Through the early years of the company’s growth, he was a very active advisor and board member working closely with the company’s founders, culminating in his appointment as CEO in 2006.
