I’ll say one thing about Herway, they know exactly how to send out a brief teaser that takes about 10 seconds to turn into a post. Nice.
You know what’s even better? When I went to read the press release after I had logged into HerWay, what I thought was a screenshot of the site was actually a live version of my profile. I actually updated my profile while reading the press release! Love it.

Haven’t been too impressed with HerWay. I get a lot of interest on other sites (so i don’t think it’s me), but nothing from HerWay except 3 ‘spammers’. And the ‘profile views’ seemed inaccurate, since they said zero, yet i was contacted by someone.
DON’T pay for Herway. They DO NOT do background checks or verify the male members. I found a CONVICT with a profile on Herway, he had previously hit me up on another site admitting that he was recently out of jail, was “dominant” and wanted a woman “to have his way with” and he was very aggressive. When I approached the safety folks at Herway about him being a member, their response was, “Answer: Thank you for your concern, you can report this particular user for further review. Keep in mind that no male user can browse the females on HerWay. It is only the females that are able to browse the males and make her selection.”
Um, “just don’t pick him then” is NOT okay. What happens if another woman who doesn’t know what he really is goes on a date with him and ends up hurt or worse? Ladies, skip Herway. For $9.99/month, it’s not worth your safety.
Franny, that is no different from any other dating site. Very few mainstream sites ‘verify’ or ‘background check’ the majority of their male members.
Herway is vile. When one sex can search while the other can’t, it’s the perfect environment for liars and deceivers. You find a guy you like and then redraft your profile to look like the “perfect” mate. That’s manipulation.
There are no background checks for the members. It’s the perfect place to get connected with a head-case.
Guys: Stay off Herway!
