201001111542.jpg Friendfinder IPO Cut in Half: Friendfinder Networks ongoing quest to IPO took another hit this week. The company has revised their S-1 to reflect a a halving of expected fundraising, from $460 Million to about $220 Million. Via paidContent.

City dating site Lovestruck, which matches single professionals to others who work close by for coffee, lunch or after‐work drinks, has successfully raised £285,000 in Series A funding. The investment will enable Lovestruck to consolidate its position as the dominant player on the London dating scene and to roll‐out its offering to major cities around the world.

    Those sound like good papers to read. I’m doing the Dewy Color System test tonight and reading up on a bunch of online dating papers from Wiley InterScience.
