How to Loose Members Gracefully

I subscribe and unsubscribe from websites all the time. Often it’s to see how a site lets me go. Many dating sites make the process unbearable, up to 10 screens of junk to go through. To me, thats being a sore loser, although the argument for this sort of behavior is quite clear, I say let them go, grab some parting information if possible and move on. I liked this RescueTime unsubscribe email so much I resubscribed.
