It’s a natural progression to go from virtual to real gifts, and provides another way to break through the subscription ‘ceiling’. Potential recipients receive a notification, asking whether they want to accept or reject the gift, and can provide an address which will be withheld from the sender.

Thank you for the clarification, David. Not only can a person decline a gift, but when a gift is accepted the recipient’s physical address is kept private and confidential from the sender. The person can refuse the gift, so its not really stalking. I think Amazon Wish list is similar, people can buy stuff on your list and not know where you live.
