		<description>Well, when you&#039;re losing members, your traffic is down, and your members are tired of your site, of course the first thing to do is redesign your site.

I&#039;ve looked at their redesign, and spoken with a few people, and I have yet to hear a positive comment about it.

Why add additional functionality when you can do a facelift.  It&#039;s far cheaper and gives the illusion that they&#039;re doing something to improve the member experience.</description>
