I have one toolbar for Facebook on my Mac. I use it 20 times a day, absolutely critical for me and stays out of the way when I’m not using it. Where are the online dating toolbars? Some smart dating aggregator is going to build a toolbar that’s useful and and it could really take off. TechCrunch talks about a new Digg toolbar.

I’ll look into this!
I agree, it sounds like an awesome idea. My one concern of aggregating sites like Match, Yahoo etc., is that you’d probably run into some major legal issues.
It would definitely be interesting. More than likely, I’d be glad to have our site participate in one, if someone were to launch one. Later this year though, our site will make it so you won’t need to join more than one site.
Stay tuned !

Avalanche dating sites have had one for a while:

Cool article, and that’s actually a pretty interesting product. I think David however was referring to a toolbar that would work across multiple dating sites, i.e. pulling in results the way Travelocity pulls in data from many (if not all) of the major airlines.
I could be wrong though…

That’s what I meant, although generally speaking toolbars are evil and full of spyware.
I am currently using Macbook Pro but realise that it seems incompatible in some way with instant messaging on http://www.okcupid.com.
Each time I press the enter button, my messages are repeated, that is they appear twice. This occurs regardless of whether I use Safari, Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
Does anyone have any advice? Thanks.
