The members who use these sites have to rely too much on luck and the sites don't deliver what they promise which is to match you based on your stated criteria. That is the reality and they should be shut down based on consumer complaints and poor business practices. If you went to a restaurant and ordered a meal and the waiter bought you something you didn't order..what would you do? Send it back and you certainly wouldn't pay for something you didn't order. I live in Maryland, and specifically requested matches within 50 miles and was I sent matches from NC, NJ, Ohio, and West Virginia. Many of the profiles are not current or phony. I complained to a customer care representative and she said they lack the technology to make sure all matches fall within my criteria. My comment was, "Then why have a criteria if you can't match people to it? This is what I am paying you to do. I have high speed internet on my phone with a GPS and you lack the technology to follow a simple match criteria?" Her name was Anastasia and she contacted me via e-mail. I think she was fake too. Her responses were robotic and always ended with "our technology is constantly being upgraded and we care about the feedback you provide us." Are you kidding? PERSON deleted accounts....JOKE...chemistry is the one that sends these out on expired -no longer active accounts...SAVE YOUR MONEY...they are doing nothing but stealing and getting away with it.
