The generic lookup services you are using are nowhere near as targeted as anti-fraud solutions, which have many other features to help triangulate fraud (not necessarily your exact location.)

Your reaction is common, you are assuming that since you have a slow car, all cars must be slow.

Why on earth do you restart your cable modem 20 times a day? Maybe that's part of your problem. I restart mine maybe once a month.

Every time I restart the broadband modem, it changes the IP Address.
It is funny to see how wrong GeoIP could be to detect my location.

(I restart it nearly 20 times per day)

GeoIP thinks I am in Trelew

GeoIP thinks I am in Viedma

GeoIP thinks I am in Puerto Madryn

and I am really in other city

It is like you are in Boston and GeoIP thinks you are in Miami,
or
you are in Boston and GeoIP thinks you are in Dallas.
or
you are in Boston and GeoIP thinks you are in Houston.

Kindest Regards,
