How come more sites don’t offer background searches.

I don’t see them anywhere.

4 mauricev September 2, 2008 at 12:44 am: I have to admit I’m not very impressed with video blogging. For one thing, it’s google-proof. So unless you type out a slew of tags that can be googled, but your point is to avoid typing. You kind of see how this doesn’t work, at least until Google comes up with a voice search.

Even then, it still wouldn’t be ideal. If your video blog runs 5 minutes and even if I did know that it talked about a particular topic, I’d have no easy way to know where in that 5 minutes it is.

One option might be some sort of dictation software. Then this way, you’d get two for the price of one.
