		<description>The fact is that 258 questions is still overkill from a psychometric standpoint. It is very likely that the same results could be had from asking the &quot;right&quot; set of say 25-30 questions. That assumes, of course, that I would trust a priori the validity of eH&#039;s questionniare and matching process -- which I don&#039;t. It has been criticized by the academic community and professional tests and measurement experts for years now.
