So if you think you're going to get good " quality customer service" think again about who you're giving your money to. They can't even do the job right to begin with, and were pretty much depending on the N. American staff to assist them the whole time. I wouldn't be surprised if you lose out on money, or when you call for assistance, can't even comprehend who is trying to help you. Not to mention that if the OWNER who goes by "QUINN" would ask employees for either their opinions, or thoughts, HE WOULD EITHER THREATEN THEIR JOB, or, in worst case scenario, FIRE THEM, if they didn't comply with what he intends to do! Wish I was joking. The field of business that is NOT affected by the economy are dating website! So why the cheap labor, when you rack MILLIONS to YOURSELF every year.
