I just received notice about my 20th high school reunion. Shortly after my unplanned trip down memory lane I found out that I was rejected from Hotenough.org. Talk about an emotional morning.

It took Hotenough at least two weeks to get around to denying me. That tells me they are either insanely popular or not taking the site too seriously.

Cheer up Dave! Collaboradate V1 is finally just about done. I’m letting my current users poke around, email me if you would like an email invite. I promise we won’t reject you like H OR N or Eharmony.

Dave, I had to wait for a couple of weeks but todat I got this message:
“Congratulations on becoming a HotEnough member! Even though you did not mantain a score of 8 or above, you still maintained a score of 6.5 or higher. In our book that makes you way above average or better said, a hottie! ”

I think they have problems in attracting new members, because they have lowered the minimum requirements for the site to an average 6.5 (instead of 8.0).
The problem right now is that they don’t have a critical mass. Therefore it takes a long time before potential members have received the 25 votes.

If you want to take a look, you are free to use my account. Just drop me a note.
