Markus has details about Eharmony operations from job postings. I’m waiting for Markus to talk about grid hosting like at Media Temple (my blog host, the best!) and Amazon’s S3 service, a combination of the two would most likely accomplish what Markus has with PlentyofFish on a budget much smaller than most major dating sites.
