Comscore has released a list of top dating sites, with a focus on the European dating market. Meetic sure was smart to buy DatingDirect before they got too large.
Bob Ivins, managing director for comScore Europe, says that usage of dating sites seems to peak in the summer months in each country; July in the U.K. and U.S. and September in France.

Interesting. So, French man and woman are visiting dating sites the most. Probably, because they have latin origins… :)
I wonder how Italian, Spanish and even Romanian dating sites are not listed at all. These are latin countries as well and definitely have some big dating sites.
That is why meetic is doing so well. Maybe Spanish only meet in bars? ;)
