		<description>Does userplane.com block certain IPs or countries? I get a service unavailable using my Romanian IP. It is a shame if they are doing this. Punishing 99% or more legitimate visitors from a country just because of the behaviour of some of its citizens is not a good idea.

We are also familiar with big user generated sites (own a B2B Network with hundreds of thousands of members) and encounter lots of fraud (mainly from Africa and Indonesia) but never block entire countries.

Am I wrong?</description>
