Plenty Of Fish dating site sucks!

they should be fined for reading private email.
they claim they can do as they please as it is a private system but if the open internet public uses it then it isn;t really a private system.

I don't care if POF was hosted in the owners bathroom in his house.

At first they pull you in because it is free but they run afould of electronic email eavesdropping laws which they flaunt. Just because lets say you write up a leglese agreement for the user to accept or deny does not make it a REAL enforceable legal document. It has to be legal under federal law. Current law forbids interception of and opening and reading/tampering of mail both hard copy and electronic. So with this knowledge by what right does the plentyoffish staff use to say they read and rate my correspondance with a potential mate on their dating site? I tested them and they failed horribly.
