I just found out about ModMySite, a forum focused on the discussion, support, and modification of PHP/MySQL based Internet Dating applications.

MIXEDMATES.COM asks; who made the rule that a man should be at least 2 years older than the woman? Why can’t the mail carrier be a perfect mate for the Dentist? Why can’t a ballerina learn to enjoy football and a football player learn to enjoy going to ballets? And why can’t a man or woman who lost a leg or arm, be a complete mate in every other way?

for people with open minds and hearts, that are looking for people that share their same core values and morals, but understand that those qualities just may be embodied in someone who is different from them in more insignificant ways.

1) let us look at the forum http://www.modmysite.com itself. At once we see that the only software that is described and discussed here is Boonex and AEDating, which is the same. There are some other small dating softwares, but just look at it all.
By the way, this Modmysite scam forum is announced by admin to be a means of FREE expressing thoughts about software. Ok where are then:
SkaDate, DatingSoftware.org, Datetopia, Mojoscripts, WebScribble, DotSilver, DatingPro, MatchAgency, etc? All these scripts are wonderful, professional, interesting. Do we have only AEDating and Boonex scripts around? Yes, now they added AbleDating, the most powerful competetor of their, just to pour dirt on it. Nice means of doing business for modmysite.

Do you think that Smoge does this for free? Hm I doubt it a lot :-) Boonex scam teams pay to Rob (Smoge) ModMySite admin and pay a lot for this. I am a long time in this busines, and I know what is this and how much it costs.

I have a bunch of errors talking about undefined variable and stuff. Also I had a problem with the admin panel but I got that fixed. The script has potential but it has some bugs that shouldn’t be there in the first place. I doubt it’s scalable in the future but I’ll give it a shot for now.

the problems started when I wanted to use the “rewrite_mod? and couldn’t get it to work correctly so that my users could enter http://www.mysite.com/username instead of some cryptic url.

If your system denies to start due to an error corresponding to lost HAL.DLL, invalid Boot.ini or any other important system boot files you can fix this by using the XP installation CD. Simply boot from your XP Setup CD and enter the Recovery Console. Then launch “attrib -H -R -S” on the C:\Boot.ini file and delete it. Run “Bootcfg /Rebuild” and then Fixboot
