Spark Networks subsidiary Minglematch has acquired LDSSingles through an asset purchase. No details of interest in the press release. Here’s an earlier post on the details of Spark’s $13 Million Minglematch acquisition in June 2005. As is often the case, all the good intel is in the comments.
One wonders how much LDS members will care if the parent company owns JDate and other religious dating sites?
