SkypeWeb mentions Verbdate again. Verbdate uses Skype to let members see who’s online and connect. Site needs a lot of work.

CNET is launching a social networking site based on Webshots called College Live. Tech Crunch says CNET says they want to be the Viacom of the online space. Most people have no idea about the depth of the CNET properties, from Comsumating to Chowhounds to News.com. Feels like CNET is spreading themselves pretty thin, I see where they are going but do they have the management strata to keep focused enough to derive values from all these disparate operations?
