When questioned about the charges, the informed me that they do not put the information on the site that you can not get a refund by calling about the mistake they made. They also informed me that I should have called to make sure the cancellation had taken place. When reminded that nothing like that was on their site, they informed me that they would not/never put something like that on their site and if I wanted a refund of my money, I would have to write a letter to the office in Calif. to request the refund. I would like a response to this disturbing news and I would like to spread this message to other unsuspecting potential persons looking to shop at eharmony.
