		<description>Match.com did a version of Online Speed Dating two years ago which I thought was very impressive. A series of 10 three-minute IM conversations over the course of a half-hour. It was about $13.95 for the service. I think they dismantled it before they got rid of IM. Glad someone else is picking up the ball. For the many who date online with few chances of meeting, this at least gets them in the door...</description>

		<description>As long as you can see and hear the person you are speaking to, so you know they aren&#039;t lying about age or general appearance, it seems like it would be a pretty valid thing to me!  Not that different from speed dating in person I guess-just easier to say &quot;no&quot; if you don&#039;t want to give them your number :)</description>
