I find chemistry.com a very rigid web site and don't like the lack of freedom in perusing individuals' profiles. While I tried to be general to be more inclusive in potential matches, I ended up getting a lot of conservative (political/religious) individuals that showed up on the site.
Also, was concerned that their customer care center is outsourced to another country (concerns with my safety and privacy there).

You are fortunate that you were unable to log on to their site. I am a "member" and have full privledges . That means that the mistakes I made in the "profile" (read as test), will haunt me for the rest of my life. I am now marked as a less than "contientious" person and there is no way to re-take the test to rectify the error. Cute? It gets better.

They will not allow you to archive a person and then "unarchive" them. If you say not interested, that is it, no one can change their mind. WOW

I will not go into the mess they call a profile, Suffice to say they had someone with very deep seated psychological issues develop the site and the test. Find another site.
