Live Events making a comeback

by David Evans on October 16, 2005 in Dating Industry Jobs

From the looks of this job posting, Match.com is getting back into the events business in specific markets. Someone sees live events as a revenue stream who obviously didn’t get the memo about Match shutting down the Events group a year ago due to it’s inability to hit the numbers.

Thanks Markus.

Update: This looks like an old job posting.

That sure looks like an old posting to me. Look up “match.com and “contract events planner” in Google and you get nothing. If they were doing events again, I think you’d see job openings in more than Decatur, Ga.
