This can&#039;t be good news for a company trying to do an IPO on the NASDAQ. Don&#039;t investors look for companies with solid (read: huge) year-over-year growth, when deciding to buy their stock?</description>

		<description>As i posted before it looks like they aquired some usability experts and marketing people. Costs falling and profitability rising.

If i&#039;m reading the financials right,  Spark took on 1.78 million of minglematches debt.  That pushes the purchase price up by another 2 million.</description>
