Lot’s going on at Yahoo! Personals. New IMVironment, where you can search, browse, share and rate singles in your Yahoo! Chat client (what’s up with the Mac version?). Also new and much improved email manager. Looks like they got some inspiration from “thought bubble” look and feel from iChat. Putting icebreakers and email together was smart, such a PITA before when they were segmented into two different pages. The courtesy reply is nice. It allows you to let people don’t gently when you delete them from your inbox. Why didn’t someone think of this already.

Nice to see that they are doing user studies to learn from customers how to improve the site. Sign up now and you “might” receive $50 for giving them your two cents.
