LookWow Launches First Web-Based Photo Enhancement Service for Consumers

by David Evans on August 30, 2004 in Dating Sites

LookWow announced the first web-based photo enhancement service designed for consumers. Two things about this release. First, free image enhancement websites have been around since the dawn of the web. Second, if your picture stinks, patent-pending (meaning repurposed Photoshop filters) aren’t going to get you a hot date any faster, at least in our book.

Easy to use, we get that, buy why free? Where is the business model in free?
