From DallasNews.com. Match.com LP, the Dallas-based giant of online dating, wants to take depositions from four ex-employees who now work for a smaller rival, TrueBeginnings LLC of Irving. The employees may have disclosed trade secrets or may have broken contracts, Match .com said in a state district court filing Wednesday. That claim didn’t sit well with TrueBeginnings chief executive Herb Vest, who launched the company last year after selling the accounting firm he founded, HD Vest, to Wells Fargo & Co. in 2001.

This should be interesting to follow over the next few weeks.
